Our Classes

Sourdough Bread Baking (Basics)
In our beginner class you will learn to maintain a starter, and how to prepare a loaf of sourdough bread from start to finish. You will go home with your own starter, a banneton, a bench scraper, and a loaf of bread!

Sourdough Bread Baking (Advanced)
In this class you will learn how to incorporate additional ingredients into your bread such as cheese, vegetables, butter, chocolate, and more. You will also learn the basics of scoring and creating decorative loaves of bread.

Kids Classes
If you have little ones interested in baking, we can foster that creativity! In our current kids class, students will make fluffy buttermilk biscuits, fruit jam, and butter.
